Work Experience
Manager, Solution Development - Nokia Siemens Networks, May 2005 – to date
• Solution Architect for projects focusing on end user experience optimization and monitoring for Long Term Evolution (LTE) customer trials. Projects include DPI–based mass Gn interface capturing, network service and end user optimization based on device type (e.g., iPhone/iPad), support for very high traffic events (e.g., festivals) and development of countermeasures, as well as HSPA+ (RU20/RU30) technical training and feature introduction support for Softbank account.
• Supported end user experience optimization and monitoring for Long Term Evolution (LTE) and end-to-end QoS (RAN+core) customer trials (Elisa case).
• Contributed to VoIP over Wireless Broadband research and strategy development. Also provided technical training and technology marketing & sales tender support for voice evolution, quality of experience, web services and wireless broadband. Member of “NSN Expert Club” trainers.
• Lead Software Architect for development of Software as a Service (SaaS) proof of concept and operator trial that included most relevant SaaS features: e.g. database multitenancy, high scalability, availability, mashup interface and integrated applications with SOA approach.
• Led and managed end-to-end performance optimization projects on VoIP over wireless broadband network convergence and interworking solutions. Involved technologies included: LTE, 3G, HSPA, WiFi, WiMAX, Mesh networks and MIP.
• Contributed to business development of an NSN internal venture valued for WiFi mesh
